StartFest is taking place in Assen on Thursday, October 8, 2026! On that day, you are warmly welcome at WPDA at W.A. Scholtenstraat 22 in Assen from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

StartFest is the festival where everything revolves around your development and discovering your talents. Everyone is welcome. Young or old… whatever your education, work experience, or background may be. We do not look at a CV, but at what someone can do.

Educators, companies, entrepreneurs, and trade associations are eager to showcase what they have to offer at StartFest. Through hands-on activities, we inspire you to discover your qualities and talents and what you can do with them. This could involve working (more), taking a (different) job, starting a course, volunteering, or beginning an orientation. Every step is valuable. Guides and interpreters are on hand to help you on your way and discover your talents and possibilities.

Registration is not required. So drop in for free on Thursday, October 8 between 10:00 and 17:00.
